Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Top Star Mobile Auto Detailing. By accessing our website, booking our services, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Top Star Mobile Auto Detailing ("we," "our," "us," or "Company") regarding your use of our mobile auto detailing services in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
Services
Top Star Mobile Auto Detailing provides premium mobile auto detailing services including but not limited to:
- Exterior detailing and hand washing
- Interior detailing and cleaning
- Paint correction and restoration
- Ceramic coating application
- Full detail packages
- Add-on services and specialty treatments
All services are performed at the customer's location within our service area. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Booking and Appointments
When booking an appointment with Top Star Mobile Auto Detailing:
- You agree to provide accurate contact information and vehicle details
- You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to request services
- You agree to have the vehicle accessible at the scheduled time and location
- You must provide adequate space for our technicians to work, including access to a water source and electrical outlet when required
- Appointments are confirmed via text, email, or phone call
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future services.
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
- Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and services requested
- Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair removal, or special requests
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods
- Deposits may be required for certain services or new customers
Service Expectations
While we strive for excellence in every detail, please understand:
- Pre-Existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, chips, dents, mechanical issues, or wear and tear that existed before our service.
- Paint Condition: Some paint imperfections cannot be fully corrected without repainting. We will assess and communicate what results can realistically be achieved.
- Stain Removal: While we use professional-grade products and techniques, some stains may be permanent or require multiple treatments. Results cannot be guaranteed for all stains.
- Ceramic Coating: Proper curing and aftercare are essential. We will provide care instructions that must be followed to maintain the coating's effectiveness.
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Top Star Mobile Auto Detailing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for damage to aftermarket parts, accessories, or modifications that were not properly installed or secured
- We are not liable for items left in vehicles during service
- Natural weathering, fading, or deterioration that occurs after our service is not covered
If you believe damage occurred during our service, you must notify us within 24 hours and provide photographic documentation. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Remove all personal valuables from the vehicle before service
- Inform us of any known issues, damage, or concerns before service begins
- Ensure pets and children are kept away from the work area during service
- Provide a safe working environment for our technicians
- Not interfere with or direct our technicians during service (feedback should be provided to management)
Weather Policy
As a mobile service, weather conditions may affect our ability to perform certain services. In cases of rain, extreme heat, or other adverse weather:
- We may need to reschedule your appointment at no penalty
- Covered or garage locations are preferred and may be required for certain services
- We will contact you as soon as possible if weather affects your appointment
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Top Star Mobile Auto Detailing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Reviews and Testimonials
By providing a review or testimonial, you grant us permission to use your feedback for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media. We may edit reviews for length or clarity while preserving the original meaning.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with Nevada law.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
